Magicians Make Haunted Home Haunted

Chris Reesman

IBM Members Transform Store to Haunted House. Members of the IBM Ring 36 of Flint, Michigan, took on the task of turning an abandoned store into a haunted house in celebration of Magic Week.  Magician Chris Reesman told reporters ?for years, magic’s been associated with Halloween.  Halloween and magic both cross the boundaries of what’s real.”

Mr. Reesman is not just a magician; he is also a prime enabler of our Art as owner of the incredible Encore Magic in Flint, Michigan. You can check out his website by clicking here.  You?ll have a chance to see the incredible array of magicians who visit and depend on him for supplies.

The magicians have planned and worked on the store/haunted house for the last year.  There will be a live scene of a body being cut in half, floors will move beneath visitors? feet, galleries will feature scenes from famous horror movies, and all will be presented with a twisted sense of humor.

Mr. Reesman told reporters that the pacing of the experience will add to the effect, “We know special effects.  We’re illusionists. We create illusions around your fears, as opposed to trick camera shots.”

The Court said the case against the magician known as Uncle Eric, had to be dismissed after he and the lawyers became aware of a binding judgment from the House of Lords in a similar case.

By charging the defendant with indecent assault, the prosecutor could bring a rape charge even though the young child had not accused the rapist before 12 months passed.  The new ruling would carve out an incongruous exception to the practice and statute normally thought to protect young victims.

Thus Mr. Blackledge benefited from having sexual intercourse with the child rather than stopping just…
