Shahid Malik brings Magical Mela to Blackpool’s new annual festival of magic, circus and variety.
In addition to illusionist and escapologist, Shahid Malik, the free
family-friendly event also features Rajan The Magic Man, close-up
illusionist Darius and Bharat Patel.
Mr. Malik performed his first public escape stunt in May 1972 and has had his share of scrapes, bumps, and broken bones.
In 1975, the Magical Mela headliner was almost burnt alive after
performing the Bonfire Escape and spent three weeks in intensive care
with 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his face, arms and back.
Perhaps it is a sign of the public’s faith in David Copperfield or perhaps the news of a grand jury investigation has not reached Newport News yet.
Mr. Copperfield’s shows set for later this month have completely sold out at the beautiful Ferguson Center in Newport News.
That’s an impressive accomplishment with or without potential federal charges.
Tickets for David Copperfield’s magic show at the
Ferguson Center for the Arts in Newport News are vanishing quickly.
He is scheduled to perform two shows on Jan. 26. The 6 p.m. show is
sold-out and a venue spokesperson says there are only a few scattered
seat tickets left for the 9 p.m. show.
One of the Inside Magic favorites in the upper ten percent of that esteemed list is Michigan magician John Sturk.
We have written in glowing terms of Mr. Sturk’s natural talent and ability to win even the most jaundiced audience.
We are happy to report that the talented young man has hired on at Chicago’s Fun Inc. In keeping with his incredible ability to do several things at once, Mr. Sturk has a new web site giving the bird’s-eye low-down on the inside skinny of Fun Inc.
Fun Inc.’s business name fit with what and how they produced. They have been consistent in producing great products at affordable prices.
Baywatch star Pamela Anderson was apparently the latest to fall within the mesmerizing gaze and powers of Criss Angel.
Their encounter in Las Vegas is cited as the last straw in her on-again / off-again divorce proceeding.
The former Baywatch star called the
divorce a "big fat juicy can of worms."
The
reason for ending their three month marriage is reportedly over a fight
the couple had about magician Criss Angel. Apparently, Anderson was "flirting" with him and Salomon got angry.
The world came crashing in after a flirt with the Flirt-Master General.
