San Luis Obispo County Superior Court Judge John Trice ruled Friday that Jonathan Yarbrough – whose stage name is Jonathan Pendragon – must stand trial on felony charges of assault with a firearm, making criminal threats and other charges that could result in a decade in jail.
His wife of 33 years Charlotte Yarbrough – also known as Charlotte Pendragon – testified at the hearing that her husband confronted her on July 8, demanding to know if she was seeing another man. She says he threatened to shoot off her toes and fired the gun near her feet at their home in Arroyo Grande.
